Please report any harassment to an event organizer.

What is the structure of the individual teams?

We are assigning teams based on the needs of the organization and we expect that the teams will range from 4-9 people, led by a project lead and a team lead. These teams would be a combination of individuals from various companies, but could potentially be supplemented by participants from other corporations in the DFW metroplex.

If you have enough members to form a team, you can list the names of your team members on the Volunteer form! Please contact Geoff Ka'alani if you have any questions.

What should I bring?

Please bring your big hearts, a computer and any equipment deemed necessary.

What should I leave at home?

Please leave any weapons (guns, knives, etc.) or items that could be considered weapons (tools, nail clippers, etc.) at home.

Will there be food?

HECK YES.

We will provide nourishment (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snackage) and refreshments (water, tea, coffee, soda), throughout the day. We are also sourcing some sweet swag––also, a plethora of Dad jokes to get you through the day!
